Working with IBT as a system administrator from October 2016 to date following are my roles here.

• Manages the day-to-day operations of the IBT host computers by monitoring system performance, configuration, maintenance and repair. Ensures that records of system downtime and equipment inventory are properly maintained. Applies revisions to host system firmware and software. Works with vendors to assist support activities.

• Administrator for computer management systems and active directory group policy. Analyze, design, implement and maintain scripts based on customer needs/requests, application repackaging for customer, and group policies to support desktop requests from customers.

• Perform data backups and disaster recovery operations.

• Design, configure, and test computer hardware, networking software and operating system software.

• Coordinate with vendors and with company personnel in order to facilitate purchases.

• Handling the overall Exchange infrastructure environment, server upgrades and performance monitoring/optimization

• Handling Mailbox servers, Web Services, Reverse Proxy servers and other Exchange related servers

• Provide day-to-day on-call support in an Exchange environment

• Install applications and support assigned systems

• Implement and develop new services, along with maintenance of server software versions, production schedules, network systems, hardware and software diagnostics
