Function: initiate effective maintenance program for all related installation in industrial services i.e. dept.02, 05, and 22,23,78,79.

Examine the performance standard of factory installation, machines and facilities. Analyze breakdown, repairs and take step/adopt measure for reducing frequency of breakdown.

Execute general services maintenance program and all unforeseen breakdown maintenance repair to the best engineering standard at minimum cost.

Organize and control the keeping of equipment performance record labor and material usage.
