EnerMech Mechanical Services – Oct 2022 – Pres. Engineering Construction Manager (Rio Rancho, NM)

$3.5B re-vamp & expansion project

•Primarily handle the IFC package reviews to find, correct & improve engineering specs., lead the Field Engineering team & oversee ALL daily operations (meetings, planning, remove obstacles, tracking)

•Drive the hiring, scheduling of resources (PFs, IFs, FEs, Admin, & Superintendents.) & meetings.

•Conducted daily to monthly planning for all tools install activities from skillset resources, material acquisition, contracts, HR details, equipment tracking, training & customer interactions.

•Highly focused on bridging the gap between construction crews & learning & comprehending the much higher level of quality, safety & standards of the semiconductor industry. Also expanding construction knowledge (welding, pipefitting, instrumentation, QA/QC, safety, client culture, deep negotiations)

•Responsible for accounting documentation control while securing millions of dollars in equipment & materials for several hundred systems (support resources, process tools, metrology, packaging, welding (TIG & orbital), pipefitting, etc).

•Daily interface with all levels of customer interactions (PM’s to executives), suppliers, OEMs, other contractor companies combined with my local & other EnerMech teams abroad.

•Current team is approx. 80 ppl but going to 150+. Teaching construction workers the semiconductor standards & vice versa for semiconductor personnel. Higher level of execution & planning involved.

•Perform all managerial duties within the construction/semiconductor industry. Working to gain experience to increase PM knowledge & eventually become a technical director.

Marketech International Corp. USA (MICU) Feb. 2022 – Aug. 2022 - Project Manager Tool Hook-Up (Phoenix, Az) $12B- Fab 1 $100+B for all 6 facilities.

•Recently completed the Admin Certification for Procore Construction Management Technology software.

•Coordinate assessment, hiring, assembling various contractors, vendors, OEM’s & support teams to build semiconductor facilities for TSMC in Phoenix, Az (1st fab $12B, 6th fab finished over $100B - 2026)

•Responsible for overseeing scheduling for various sections & timeframes for each fab, specializing in preparation for all tool types being moved-in, set, hook-up & installation.

•Review, redline, discuss all tool packages & compare against fab building drawings for all 3 levels of the facility including sub-basement floors.

•Drive meetings with all contractors, OEM, vendor, TSMC executive management teams to assure focused alignment of objectives, timetables, cost, resources, goals as well as mitigate obstacles in & out of our control.

•Collaborate to build efficient/effective teams between all players involved with transcontinental project.

Applied Materials Inc. - Oct. 2019 – Dec. 2021 as Customer Engineer IV – EIC/Lead HDP $1.5B facility

Fab 22, 32 & 42 Intel Account (Chandler, Az) / DMOS6 & RFAB2 – Texas Instruments (Dallas, Tx)

•HDP team lead training new FSE’s & customer equipment engineers for Intel & TI. (F42 - $1B+ fab) Providing introductions, guidelines, lay out of expectations for escalations, part retrieval & balances, demo’s & conversions as multiple fabs change processes & thru-put deliverable.

•Drove customer escalation meetings for priority downs as well as installing upgrade kits, ECO implementation & feedback to manufacturing to reduce mistakes found on start-ups.

•Backfilled for Ops Manager that was out for 11 months. Attended AMAT EIC meetings for all HDP EIC’s, TPS/GPS teams for hard downs, new product field installs & feedback to all Intel sites globally.

•Collaborated with equipment engineers & tool owners to troubleshoot particle failures, ER deviations, cleaning inefficiencies & reduce chamber recovery times after wet cleans.

•Trained subordinates on how to use RF meters, DMM’s, oscilloscopes, gauss meters & frequency counters. Responsible for 50+ various 200mm AMAT, LAM Etch toolsets (P5000, DPS Centura, Sabre, 9600)

•Oversaw all facility planning stages, tool acquisitioning, start-up, qualification & specialized device procurements. Primary areas: AMAT, ASML, TEL, KLA, LAM, Novellus, DSI, Edwards + others. •D shift lead for largest CVD group covering 300mm AMAT Producers & Novellus CVD toolsets- responsible senior duties including SU’s, priority downs, PM’s training & certifying all technicians.

•Co-lead for the IOC group. Coordinated the fab conversion from 200mm to 300mm all 25+ vendors for new system installations, & support equipment for 347 systems in 9 months.

NSTAR Global Services – 11/31/09 to 8/06/2010 Resource Engineer (Dallas, Tx) • Contractor supervising Texas Instrument R-Fab equipment installation.

•Acquired by Intel Fab 11X in ABQ, NM to covert 18 older HDP semiconductor toolsets.
