Possess Bachelor Degree in Mineral Process Engineering at PNG University of Technology. Employed with Ok Tedi Mining Limited for six (6) years fulfilling various roles and responsibilities along the Copper Processing Mill. Ensure tasks are carried out in a safely manner

Review and update safe work procedures and necessary safety documents

Coordinate plant projects to improve equipment efficiency and boost production at minimum cost possible

Provide technical guidelines & mentorship to operations team aiming to achieve daily production targets

Carry out plant troubleshoots and provide solution for emerging plant issues affecting production

Run and distribute daily, weekly and monthly production reports

Assist draft scope of works for operational projects around the plant

Conduct EOM sampling and provide information for EOM reconciliation report

Actively communicate with contractors and key stakeholders attached with plant on plant opex projects

Maintain constant communications with shift team leaders and other key stakeholders at morning prestart meetings

Conduct equipment inspections during scheduled shutdowns

Review accidents & incidents ensuring learnings are communicated and implemented

Ensure processing operation meets environmental legal requirements
