- Clearly define project scope, objectives, and deliverables during Project Kickoff

- Develop detailed project plan, tasks, timelines, resources, and dependencies

- Obtain feedback from stakeholders and team to assess project success

- Teach, Coach, and Mentor team-members and management about Scrum;

- Host weekly Agile CoP meetings.

- Refine Roadmap alongside PO’s, SM’s, and management to maintain a strategic oversight on our project.

- Facilitate all Scrum Ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Stand-ups, Sprint retrospectives, and Sprint Demos.

- Keep the Teams aligned with the overall vision of our Project

- Run Sprints and Track Metrics

- Update tickets and ensure that status are updated

- Lead internal and external communication for the Scrum Teams

- Partner with and support the Product Owner

- Facilitate Backlog Refinement sessions

- Provide support in regards to onboarding optimization – Creating all internal requests and tracking progress.
