Fillers for bottling and palletizers with auto stacking systems.

• I troubleshoot and maintain industrial electrical systems, hydraulic and pneumatic components and maintenance and repair of mechanical systems such as bearings, belts, gears, clutches, brakes and seals on many different machinery and systems including helping with setup programs, initializing systems, changing out molds and dies, repairing and replacing wire belts, setting up machines, trouble shooting and then handing the machine off to an operator. Robotic Technician experience on Kuka and Motoman brand machines. Reprogrammed movements and replaced parts for a change over and when the machine broke down. • Worked by myself and with others to maintain (preventative maintenance) and improve current running conditions with the machines including writing and editing SOP's.
