s I've been in this business sense I was a young girl my mother and father teach me how to do what I do now, they owned a small restaurant and in a very small town in Louisiana it was fun everyday coming there after school learning how to wait on tables, and making my own money then when I was older my father started teaching me behide the bar learning to make great drinks and meeting bar guest because sometimes bar guest are different then your restaurant guest, but it was so much fun I started working at the Mosse Lodge with my father and in a few months I took my father job. I would not do any thing different I so enjoy meeting new people and making differnet people it's so nice to make great money and have funny doing it
