Started off as a lead and then became a maintenance supervisor that runs a crew of 23 people in the maintenance department

Responsible for running 7 lines

Responsible for assisting the maintenance manager in coordination of the daily responsibilities of the department by insuring the manager’s instructions are communicated to the team members and carried out timely and correctly

Responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing all equipment and company assets while maintaining a safe work environment

Provide daily shift summary, verify work orders are being completed, verify time is being put in SAP correctly

Make multiple rounds daily throughout the plant, ensuring notifications are being put in and shops are cleaned daily

Ensure all preventative maintenance is being done correctly

Verify mechanics are filling out work order permits

Verify mechanics are completing notifications of repair

Check all fluid levels and fabricate parts for machinery

In charge of scheduling the team and working with vacation schedules

Maintained a variety of production equipment associated with 1st processing through further processing including hang lines, conveyors, compressors, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, ovens, fryers, breaders and more

Coordinated with other departments as needed
