August, 2021 - Present. The Parker Playhouse. Guest Services Supervisor Run Front of House for an historic theater in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, an affiliate theater for the Broward Center for the Performing Arts. Schedule and train over 200 volunteers. Set up lobbies pre-show and write all post show reports. Oversee box office, food and beverage, and security team. Interface with Production, Marketing, etc. Order supplies. Provide snacks for volunteers. Run FOH office. Handle special events, including photographing guests at Meet & Greets, archiving images and writing copy for social media. Sept., 2017-March, 2020 Encore Consignment, Los Olas Consignment Manager In charge of Consignment Department for large, upscale consignment store. Researched and priced items for consignment. March, 2007 – August, 2017 Isle Casino & Racing Main Banker/Cage Supervisor Worked in Cash Operations (Cage) for successful casino from before the building was finished and continued for the next ten years . Verified and recorded all cash funds in all areas of operations, including vault, count room, main cage, poker cage, mutuels, food & beverage, etc. Prepared and submitted daily “Settlement Sheet” that went to revenue audit department and our corporate office. Complied with all state and federal regulations as well as company SOPs. Responsible for finding variances in most departments and reporting findings. Worked closely with management, security, surveillance and other departments. Prior to opening, reviewed and rewrote SOPs to conform to State of Florida gaming laws. Developed film, printed contact sheets, made work prints & finished prints as well as enlargements and doing hand retouching for a number of famous photographers including Richard Avedon, Francessco Scavullo, Annie Liebovitz and Steven Klein. Transitioned into sales with the advent of digital photography (a financial necessity). Began with only 6 clients and worked my way up to having a client list of over 150 photographers, art departments and Fortune 500 companies.
