Scrubbed and circulated all procedures and was the clinical expert for the all open Heart surgeries, Lung and Liver surgery, Transplants that include Liver, Kidney, pancreas, Heart and lung at UWMC

Responsibilities include: Clinical expert and resource for Cardiac, Thoracic, Transplant and Vascular. Daily staffing and assignments, Hiring and counseling of staff and Training of new staff hired to the CT/transplant team.

Collaborated with surgeons, instrument room and staff to identify need for ordering all new instruments, and supplies and equipment.

Follow-up with all CQI events. Management of daily activities of the CT/Transplant service. Resource and coordinator with the surgical team to make sure each patient receives the best care possible.

Worked as RNFA in the CVOR harvested Vein for CABGs and assisted surgeons during heart procedures.
