I am currently back home in Northwestern Houston, after completing my last remaining contract for Vanguard Projects LLC, Ltd & Plc. I would like to offer Gilbane my services in your choice of any one of your Senior Project Executive open positions.

I have wide experience and skill-sets with Gas Processing Plants, Methanol, Fertilizer and Petrochemical Plants, as well as EPC and PMC, PPP experience for WTP and WWTP to include combined operations for WTP in conjunction with single cycle gas feed Power Plants. In addition, I have conducted sequencing and layout studies for FPSO focused Fabrication Yards, and I have greenfield start to finish experience with co-generation plant facilities (i.e., petroleum coke + crushed limestone in Westlake, Louisiana), along with Hydro, Solar ($1+ BUSD), Wind and Waste-to-Energy ($1+ BUSD). Finally, each of my mega-projects included mid-rise structures between 8 to 20 story commercial and residential structures, shopping malls, strip retail outlets, and then $250 MUSD to $450 MUSD international schools, hospitals, museums, cultural centers, parking garages, roads, bridges, causeways and flyovers, railroad spurs. Additional sub-projects included three (3) airports from the ground up, plus returning sub-projects to add terminal space and other such modifications.

In another, prior position with Gale International Korea, I was the SVP of a mega-project real estate development based PMO. As such I was responsible for the Greenfield development and construction of over 157 mid to high-rise buildings, and then another 20 unique “legacy” sub-projects such as the $250 MUSD International School, and the $325 MUSD teaching hospital, the Cultural Center, the Central Park and its $250 MUSD underground parking garage, and all other features and sub-projects within this $40 BUSD megaproject, and meeting the requirements of monthly construction draws of up to $200 MUSD per month! From 2007 until the recent completion of the 100 story Lotte Tower in Seoul in 2017, my NEATT Tower was the tallest building in South Korea, at nearly 70 commercial floors in height (actually, there were five such buildings in that development, all of which qualified for that record.

In addition, I have large project CMAR experience with (a) the New Songdo International School as noted above, with 2,500 students and 242 staff members, with architectural grade concrete, aluminum and glass exterior (Architect of record was the South Korean “Gansam”)(I have photos to show in my project portfolio), and (b) the Gaylord Hotel and Resort in Oxon Hill, Maryland, at 2,000 keys and with a 2,000,000 square foot Conference Center, at about $800 MUSD (architect of record was Gensler) (I have photos to show in my project portfolio).

Furthermore, I have been the internal champion on numbers of projects, across several different companies for field-based “pervasive computing”, which on the Nigerian projects involved the use of US Military Complex Drone technologies for implementing Mega-Project, site-wide Wi-Fi capability, enabling field-based CM and QA/QC and Safety professionals to complete all field work in the field, speeding up the processing of NCRs, Inspection Reporting, and Safety Citations throughout, and eliminating hours of site based office work on the part of these hard working professionals. I currently am certified in PM and Admin by Procore, for their ERP software system.

Finally, I have well over 25 years of mentoring experience, in numerous countries and cultures around the world, and have helped over 50 professionals reach their goals for achieving their P.E., LEED AP, C.P., Chartered Status, and PMP (it was necessary in several countries for expats to commit to train their own replacements, and within a set time-frame). This is a crucial skill within the demographic era we are currently passing through globally. I fully endorse the idea of utilizing “Millenials” as the focus of efforts to optimize the productivity, quality and safety aspects of our industry.
