My responsibilities are to enhance team productivity through effectively communicating deadlines to the subcontractors and removing impediments such as material shortage, working with my partner communicating with the city to meet the code standards to pass city inspections. I also perform scopes of work in my skill set to help team morale by helping the team where they need it so as to hit deadlines. I also Perform all HVAC work for the company to code with the city to pass inspections as well as perform light plumbing and electrical scopes.

I was a working foreman over a team of three, that performed water proofing, installing perimeter tile and sump pump, as well as structure reinforcement with carbon fiber strips or steel I-Beams. I did budget analysis where needed to cut labor to keep cost down where needed and ordered material in advance for future jobs.
