Trained multiple iterations of Army Division staff members on the use of the WARSIM (Warfighter Simulation) in a fast-paced operational environment enforcing realism of exercise through role playing and conflict resolution. Managed several Brigade level work cells ensuring mission translation through training audience rehearsals, operations, and plans into simulation inputs/tasking's and scripting requirements.

Maintains awareness and understanding of current and emerging Army and Joint Aviation doctrine for Army Brigades, Divisions, and Corps.

Provides input to the After-Action Review process by communicating noteworthy events using the Workstation Reporting System.

Collaborated with multi-lateral forces in the Royal Saudi Ministry of Defense in Support of Operations in Yemen. Developed strong military to military relationships with key leaders of the Joint Forces Command to mitigate the appearance of abandonment as the US Department of Defense transitioned to other areas of importance.

Communicated with US Department of State and Department of Defense personnel to ensure strong lines of communications were maintained.
