• Used lean manufacturing principles to develop, evaluate and improve gear manufacturing methods and kept the gear values within a 98 percent accuracy range to boost the productivity of steel wires produced by the wire rod mill.

• Designed a Linear Programming model in Python that allows for the definition of the decision variables and objective function to solve with parametric constraints was created using the PuLP library, together with the Numpy and Scipy packages to replicate the essential functions used for calculating distribution costs in a manufacturing facility.

• Implemented visualization programming approaches such as the Seaborn and Mathplot libraries to build various plots to determine the flow of inbound and outbound manufacturing plant costs. CFD assessment of peformance of Two-stage ejectors ANSYS Fluent, Autodesk Fusion 360 January 2022

• Performed a comprehensive case study on the performance of single-stage and two-stage air ejectors used in combat aircraft. Developed a two-stage ejector with a maximal entrainment ratio that is about double that of a single-stage ejector at 1.48 bar pressure and a high temperature of 813 K.

• Diagnosed findings of the two-stage ejector are shown, showing an efficiency of around 86 percent more than single-stage ejector in terms of velocity contour, pressure contour, temperature contour, Mach number contours, and entrainment ratio.
