Run the daily operation as the TGM including overseeing multiple departments and specialties such as inventory, deliveries, beer & liquor ordering, P&L management, Team Member lifecycle, guest experience management, special event coordinating, fundraising, health and safety procedures, and more. I am often considered the “Go-To” guy when it comes to training, inventory, and scheduling. I regularly used my inventory exposure and knowledge to assist other local stores, and I have been part of the opening Team for three locations- Brea, Orange, and Monterey Park, CA.
