SOC2 Type II Audit —Yearly

This has been an ongoing project since 2018. I provide all of the control evidence, organize and attend meetings with the auditor and other interested parties, and attest that all evidence is true. Migration to Azure Environment —2018

Worked with a CSP to move 2 web servers and 2 SQL servers along with building a Domain Controller into the Azure Environment . This involved creating the Azure tenant, scoping the virtual machines to be created, creating an IPSEC tunnel from on-premises to the Azure environment, migrating data from on-prem to Azure, and setting DNS entries accordingly.

New Build-Out/Technology Asset Move —2021

Worked with a low voltage installer to design the low voltage needs, design the server room to contain technology assets, physically moved the technology assets to the new building on Friday, and had everything up and running on Monday morning.

Technology Infrastructure Replacement Program -

2022/2023

Identified needed upgrades, researched and sourced vendors to replace aging assets, including Hypervisors, Switches, Firewalls, Backup architecture, conference room equipment, PC and Mac based endpoints. Project was originally to run over 7 quarters, but has since been consolidated to 4 quarters to take advantage of productivity gains using the new equipment.
