• Perform quality inspection activities on mechanical equipment, materials (PVC, UPVC, HDPE, PE, galvanized pipes, copper pipes, tubing, insulation materials and fittings) and packaged units on arrival at site and before installation, in accordance with Project Quality Plan and material specifications.

• Inspection of HVAC tubing, supports and general pipe installation for outdoor to indoor unit.

• Prepare Test packages for pressure, hydro and gravity testing of Refrigerant, sanitary and water drinking lines.

• Inspect all HVAC cabinets, panels, and indoor unit control boxes checking all the circuit breakers, contactors and relays.

• Inspect all ventilation installations such as ducts, sand traps, inlet/outlet louvers, gas tight dampers, blast proof valves, and back draft dampers, exhaust fans and various other accessories including supporting, leveling, completion and functional checks.
