Business Analyst (June 2015- May 2016)

Project: Enhancing Customer Support Efficiency and Satisfaction

●Project delivery for the development of a new customer support platform with integrated features.

●Functioned as a Scrum master and Business Analyst in a scrum team of Software Architects, UI/UX designers, Security and Network Engineers, QA/Testers, Data Analyst and Product Owner.
