From December 2005 to August 2015, Working experience as a “Insurance Surveyor” for major insurance companies in Pakistan e.g Adamjee insurance, Efu Insurance, IGI Insurance, New Hampshire Insurance, Atlas Insurance, Universal Insurance, New Jubilee Insurance etc. My duties are to evaluate the accuracy of motor accident claims.
Naz Int’l Motors (UAE Dubai):
From August 2004 to December 2005, One and half a year as a “Sales Manager” working experience in a car showroom. My duties were to sale the vehicles and prepare the export documents. I was giving training to the employees and manage their problems.
New Hampshire Insurance Co. (American International Group):
From April 1995 to July 2004, 05 years working experience in “Underwriting Department” to inspect the new vehicles for insurance, also issue the insurance certificates & Policies for Bank Alfalah Ltd, Citibank N.A., Pilcorp Leasing, Saudi Pak Leasing, Askari Leasing, Orix Leasing etc. Handle the corporate clients and their problems.
04 years working experience in “Motor Claims Department” as a “Claim Officer” I processing and assessing claims in an efficient manner . Ensuring claims are handled in a professional manner. I can provide underwriting support to the CCI process when required. I can ensuring quality customer service is delivered to internal and external customers. I performed the duties here to appoint the surveyors for Motor Claims, check the surveyor reports. Handle the “Personal Accident Claims” and appoint the surveyors on such claims, also investigate the claims by self. Handle the “Travel Insurance Claims”, investigate the minor claims by self.
