Prepper

Prepare documents to be scanned. ID documents with preprinted control sheet. Take Staples, move sticky notes where it doesn’t cover any information and make sure there aren’t any folded pages to be scanned.

Scan Document using Kofax Software making sure they are scanned under the right Client Profile. Depending on the condition of documents we scanned from 4 boxes to 10 boxes a day.

Manage Projects from start to end, set up processes and make sure everyone knows what it needs to be done. Worked on Small Projects (5 Banker Boxes) to Large Projects (1500 Boxes), Prioritize from low priority to high priority. Make sure boxes with high security are lock on our secure room.
