With a wealth of practical experience in all aspects of Mechanical Construction such as Fabricate and Installation of Piping Spool, Heavy Structural Steel, Pipe Support, Storage Tank, Welding, Pump skid and packages, blowers, heat exchangers, Tank construction, Vessels, filters and associated piping systems etc - in industries such as (Onshore / Offshore) Oil & Gas, Petroleum, Petro- Chemicals, Refineries & Power plants etc.

● DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:-

a. PROJECT UNDER CONTRUCTION

● Discuss and assess problems encountered by staff on site. Assess need for additional and input of labour, supervision and equipment during the course of construction.

● Ensure that methods of work are up to date, efficient and in accordance with the company and Clint safety policies and health and safety requirements.

● Ensure that a development on site under the terms of the contract document requires special evaluation and assessment are correctly identified and appropriate action taken. b. MONITORING PERFORMANCE

● Ensure that construction / Installation keeps budget/plan.

● Investigate and account for any deviation from budget Man-hours.

● Ensure exporting and control procedures are operated correctly on all site your control. c. ORGANIZATION ON SITE

● Report to Construction Manager, on all aspects of construction in a detail and get intervals as determined by him.

● Keep up to date in developments in contracting.

● Ensure that work practices and installation meet required quality standards.

● Ensure and familiarise the scope of work, Programme and specification of the projects.

● Familiarise the Programme, planned hours, ratios material as per B.O.M and ensure that these parameters are met.

● Ensure that transport, tools, plant and equipment are maintained in proper working order and not abused.

d. HSE AND QUALITY RESPONSIBILITIES

● Maintain standard safety and comply with company’s Health, safety & Environment management system requirements.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

● Ensure the compliance to the Approval drawings (AFC); Project Specifications, Approval Standards and applicable Codes, Quality requirements, Vendor requirements, safety work practise

● Fabricate and erection of pipes Bridges and Pipe rack along with pipe.

● Planning & Allocating of Manpower, Materials & Equipment’s.

● Reviewing design layout drawings, isometric drawing, and P&IDs and preparing scope for installation work packs.

● Preparing shop Drawing and Bill of material and execute fabrication shop the steel structural

/ pipe spool fabrication as per isometric drawings.

● Ensure the work carried out comply with specification, and approval method statement.

● Conducting pressure test (Hydro & Pneumatic) as per Isometric drawings.

● Preparing Piping Fit up Alignment Reports & Method statement

● Participated in the weekly progress and coordination meeting with clients and contractors.

● Ensure safe work handling & Scheduled safety instruction and preparing JSA

● Ensure the work schedule and sequence of the projects.

● Ensure that Site Inspections are carried out and technical issues are resolved on time.
