BlueYonder: An online website where I input a database to allow drivers who come all around the world to be assisted. The assistance includes putting them at doors to get loaded with the product requested by their carriers like Walmart, Costco. Or unloading them with products needed by our warehouse to keep it up and running.
OTM (Oracle Transportation Management): This application is used to see scheduled loads or unloads to expect for the day.

French Meadow is now closed as of 2021. Due to it being part of the old airport in Salt Lake. French Meadow was actually the first job I enjoyed as a teenager. Because the team that they had acquired were great people. Funny, outgoing, understanding, following through, and they actually played like a team. I could say their work environment made me feel that we were more of a family than actual co-workers. The reason I left their company was because of scheduling conflicts during the whole covid pandemic being introduced. But I did learn some skills that have helped me reach better opportunities in the working field without a college diploma.

South State Bank — Level I
This was my first project with Harland Clarke. I was assisting this bank with their update for their online banking app. South State had a lot of elderly people, and so their call rate went up. Too much for their regular employers to handle
TCF Bank - Level II
TCF was the second project I was assigned with HarlandClarke. At this bank I assisted with Level two inquiries. Checking their account balance, opening up fraud cases. Explaining the whole policies when it came to the TCF Bank.
LoanCare — Level I
I was assigned to this loan company as my third project. I had to take care of mortgage payments and inquired about payments. These inquiries occurred when a customer wanted further explanation on why their mortgage payment went up, what was an escrow, why their house insurance went up. When they needed their paperwork for taxes or proof of pay.
Patelco Credit Union — Level II
With this project I assisted with credit card payments, mortgage, auto, and assisted with signing them up with better credit card deals. Dealt with their online banking calls as well. This included Zelle, access to their online statements, and bill pay. Ordering new debit cards or credit cards. Assisting with fraud, increasing card spending limits, helping out with a fraud claim, and so much more.
