- -Visit the scene of incidents or accidents and examine clues that would assist in the investigations process; -In the performance of the above-mentioned duties maintain liaison, as required, with local police and other national authorities, or other agents in the Mission area who would make investigations bear good results.

- -Perform random checks on Mission vehicles as a deterrent measure for abuses; -Maintain and update the office investigations' database and other office records for ease of reference.

- -Function as the Standby Duty Officer when placed on the periodic roster to do so; -Perform any other assignment as required and detailed by the Chief Security Adviser/Deputy Chief Security Adviser.
