SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Time with Subway had allowed me to hone my management experience, and to put to use about 7 years of prior experience in the culinary industry. Time in the US Army had given me the experience of working with a team, and managing that same team to gain not only their trust, but to give all they can to make every mission a successful one. This has also allowed me to hone my ability to proficiently screen people and to be able to make quick decisions in order to be able to hire successful candidates, and/or individuals who are highly motivated and trustworthy of the task.
Spending over 10 years working through various temp and staffing agencies has given me a feel for real world logistics problem solving, and the work that needs to go into getting the job done. REFERENCES
