Provide primary care in family practice with a panel of 800+ patients newborn to geriatrics. General health practice of preventative and medical management of chronic conditions, health maintenance, evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, and referral to specialty care. Educate patients about their disease process and how to manage everyday life with their medical issues. Work in general coverage for other providers in the system.
