My duties apart from driving both stand up and sit down forklifts are to-PICK UP THE PLASTIC ROLLS FROM THE MACHINE AND TO REMOVE THEM FROM THE ROLLER with the use of forklift-,and to replace the cardboard core( for the next roll to be made) from there put it on the the flipper to be palletized,then weigh it on the scale,take it to the staging area and band it, to the pallet,after it’s secure to the pallet I put it on the pallet wrapper,once that’s done,I go and make the labels to it and leave in it’s designated area to be inspected by Quality Control!- i also do the refill of the super sacks

,which are shredded plastic bottles. That I secure on a frame and lift like 30 feet in the air to feed the machine the so that it can be melted and make the plastic sheet rolls!-i also do a lot other things that are important”mainly weighing / Properly labeling & putting In its designated area!- Its ’s a fast paced environment and it’s mostly all repetitive work when THE 3rd Welex machine is running split rolls which is often -then it’s a hectic/productive /but tiring day & I work 12 hour shifts- 2- days on 2 days off!it’s a flexible schedule!

My duties there consisted mainly unloading trucks by the use of a rare type of forklift called a bailor- that has no forks - but adjustable blades that use gravity as away of securing the different sized boxed refrigerators/stoves/dishwashers etc,. everything coming in or out of the trucks is documented by the use of an RF GUN - i unload it - Stage it -inspect it for damages (whether I did or it was done during its load from the manufacturer)- then I house it in its designated location!-i also drove the clamp-occasionally- this was a temp Job only for the weekends- apart from my regular job just to get some extra cash -it was a long drive -bt it was a great high pace work environment- great supervisor Mark was his name-

Reason for leaving-It was temporary I had agreed to go in as much as I could - with working another job & going to the gym no days Off!

Through the RF scanners we would be assigned to a certain floor and location on that floor where we would proceed with a cart and a tote box and be directed where the items would be and I would scan the box, pull the items, the quantity and relabel it with a new SKU number. Once we filled the tote we put it on a conveyor belt, set the RF scanner for a new order and repeat the process throughout my shift.
