DISH Wireless Launch Build-out of Wisconsin and Michigan markets: Review and approve contractors for projects. Management of multiple contractors for construction of rooftop and tower colocation sites. Responsible for purchase order request to clients and vendors. Oversee all pre-construction and bids on rooftops. Create quarterly projections and initiate all projects billing.
Federated Wireless CRBS Network: locate, walk, access for feasibility, and design potential rooftop and tower sites along the US coast, US Virgin Island, Gaum & Puerto Rico. Review contractor’s closeouts and create final closeouts for submission to the client.
DAS: Site walks for Verizon and T-Mobile. Locations have included MLB and NFL stadiums, hospitals, factories, and the federal reserve.

Alltel: Management of site acquisitions and A&E, for Wisconsin and Michigan markets.

Verizon: Management of all third-party services for the EVDO Project and new builds in the Illinois, Wisconsin, and Michigan markets. Management of site audits and third-party generator addition, negotiation of lease amendments and rent, procurement of zoning approvals, tracking and coordination of all third-party services from site walk to the issuing of permits, and budget projection for FMHC.
Cingular Wireless: Planning and coordination of E911/GSM upgrade for Chicago microcells. Leadership of initial site audits, creation of site-audit and drawing standards, reviewed and approved close outs for quality standards. Oversight of over 400 microcell sites and construction management for 100 sites in the Chicago market.
