Experiences:

NGO: 62+ months (16/10/1999-30/12/2001) in Micro-Credit & micro-finance department in BEES (Bangladesh Extension Education Services) as a FO (Field Organizer), my duties were as follows:-

Search new loan area.

Survey for new loan in existing loan area,

Search people or client’s ability and survey for new loan or existing 2nd time loan, 3rd time loan, Etc.

Make next (next months, next fiscal year, next year) loan budget,

Loan processing, disbursement, regularly loan recovery and keep it 100%.

All works report, monthly, quarterly, fiscal year and yearly, I got there how to motivate people or even how to solve different types of individual problems in my work, also I got there managing and leadership skills, etc.
