City of Vancouver (COV) 2023 Resurfacing Project- The work I performed on this project included inspection, observation and documentation of all phases of the work performed by general and subcontractors, per City of Vancouver approved plans and specifications. These records were kept in daily inspection reports, photos and other required documentation.

The project work involved, repair, planning of roadways, paving of existing roads, minor utility adjustments, speed bumps, other traffic control, temporary and permanent striping along with other

I helped in layout of roadway stationing, work areas and work to be performed by contractors, as well as collecting measurements, quantities and performing calculations for project pay notes.

C-Tran BRT (Bus Rapid Transit) – Mill Plain Blvd and Transit Center

This project included the general and subcontractors to perform the work to construct site, roadway, traffic and fiber improvements for installation of thirty-seven

(37) bus rapid transit passenger station shelters and a new nine (9) bay transit center, along with transit station modifications to an existing station.

All work by contractors on this project was completed in accordance with the Contract Plans, Contract Provisions and the Standard Specifications.

My duties performed on this project, included, inspection, observation and documentation of all phases of the work performed by general and subcontractors. These records were kept in daily inspection reports, photos and other required documentation.

The contractors performed the following work. Site construction and roadway/signal improvements include temporary erosion and sedimentation control; temporary traffic control including providing temporary routing/facilities for pedestrians and bicycles; surveying; removal of structures and obstructions; excavation and trenching; storm drainage and utilities; water main and sanitary sewer relocation; curb and gutter, and sidewalk; concrete platform; station foundations, canopy structure, and furnishings; HMA and concrete pavement; cast-in-place retaining walls; fiber; signals and illumination; signage and pavement marking; driver relief building; and landscaping and property restoration. Work also includes the assembly and installation of owner procured miscellaneous electronic equipment.
