Costing and planning the projects with the co. of Production department. Plan the whole project and assure the delivery after completion. Preparation and submission of daily production report of machine shop, fabrication and rolling mill.

Planning of daily weekly and monthly maintenance activities. Inventory management to plan, purchase and maintain production material and spare parts according to priority level indicated by the production department. To assist head business development in preparation and submission of project proposal and bidding documents as required.

Dealing with vendors/material suppliers for procurement purpose and payment related issues.
