Our team of four was assigned to this contract. We helped to disconnected and un-rack network equipment: as well as removing 5 servers from the MDF room rack. This includes Cisco layer 2 switches, Cisco layer 3 switches, Cisco wireless controller, Cisco console devices, multimode SFPs, single mode SFPs, copper SFPs. This was a small project; work was assigned until finished. Once all equipment was palletized, we took note of all inventories by serial number.

Install and maintain virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) clients. This is a new-build site with a 12 floor skyrise complex containing over 4,000 workstation desk installs. Installations include:

• VDI and peripherals (Dell monitors, Logitech cameras, controller, Dell docks, mouse, keyboard) • Manage inventory distribution and handling. Once a floor was done, we began a quality control of all installs and had the lead desktop engineer and PM approve the floor to be finished securing that all connections are online. That includes updating them by rebooting thin clients and avoiding lock/blue screens. The update would then install JPMC proprietary interface.

• Cable managed connections to where there are no wires showing, standing desk can move up and down, devices functioning without issue.
