Currently working as Electrical Manager at Praj India Pvt Ltd., at Client Side Visag Bio Fuel Pvt. Ltd. since 23th Jan 2023. Plant is having 195 KLPD Grain Base Distillery with 2.5 MW Triveni Turbine. NATURE OF JOBS:
Responsible person to handle the electrical department in plant ensuring that electrical and automation services are provided in efficient manner within given time frame to ensure smooth operation of plant in safe and reliable manner.
Drive safe and reliable operation of electrical system in plant to ensure safety of plant personnel and property.
Having knowledge of earthing system and ensure that it is properly implemented and maintained at plant
Provide regular training to the team of electricians to increase their skillset and create awareness on electrical awareness and LOTOTO.
Raise purchase request and select the correct item to be ordered to maintain the inventory of critical spares/ consumables for the smooth operation of plant. Also, to ensure timely renewals of AMCs.
Prepare and maintain all the required documentation of the department like SOPs, work instructions, MOCs etc.
Co-ordinate with management and the department in-charges in order to decide the priority and nature of the work/ project to be performed
Hands on experience on reading & preparing electrical drawings on any of the software like AutoCAD.
Review and approve drawings/ technical specifications of any new equipment/ panels/ instrument to be purchased.
To produce all necessary documentation for commissioning, training, maintenance and maintain all necessary electrical testing and certification records.
Prepare and provide the cost estimation for any electrical material and work for upcoming projects & plant modifications
Preparation of detailed plan and budget for execution and commissioning of project
Erection & commissioning of 24 TPH Boiler & 2.5 MW Triveni Turbine.
