I am responsible for maintaining a Hepatocyte cancer cell line by passaging hepatic cells every three and four days. I am also responsible for running 2 Bioassays, the Endpoints being Phospholipidosis, Steatosis, and Viability for one, and for the second Lysotracker and Viability. I create a protocol for each assay listing the compounds I will use and their properties. I treat the hepatocytes and run the assays using the Tecan Robot, the Plate Washer, and the Cytation.
