SUMMARY
Since my first job in 2003, I have really enjoyed providing a variety of services for customers. Understanding the value of customers is extremely important to the success of any company. Customer satisfaction is a large part of my desire, and drives my passion to provide an excellent customer service experience. As a representative for your company, my priority is to assist and retain customers. The initial contact is often what sets the tone and directs how the remaining encounter will go. I was able to utilize the experience that I acquired from interacting with my very large family. As the youngest of my siblings, I was able to learn very early how to effectively communicate with different types of personalities in various situations. Learning to de-escalate a situation is a skill that has served me well, and I find it especially helpful when needing to assist an upset customer. As a customer oriented individual I take great pride in knowing that I’m providing an experience for customers that I myself would value.
