Jack of all, Master of some…A spin on the old adage… In today’s Job Market, a “Malleable” candidate is important. One that will mold themselves to what the Company needs…not what the candidate already has been. Too many times I’ve seen the same position reposted 3/6 months later, as the hired candidate had the “stuff” on paper, but not the ability to become what the Company needed.

• Nearly a decade in Project/Program Management implementing Enhanced Voice 911 Services for AT&T (Cingular before they reformed the “Globe”), T-Mobile, and Cricket.

• Began in telecom working Customer Care, and moving up the ladder to Management.

• Helped Build out the E911 network for Carriers (AT&T, T-Mobile, Cricket and MPC

(Comtech/TCS and Intrado).

• Have first-hand experience interviewing, hiring, disciplining, and termination of personnel. As well as helping to create SLAs(Service Level Agreements), MLAs(Master Level Agreements), Detailed Job Descriptions, Instruction manuals, and Leading hands- on classes for Field Engineers.

• I have even led the FCC Mandated Audit of a specific Carrier to determine the root cause of their Violation of Service, involving interviewing personnel (from NOC to Director & V.P.), reviewing training modules/manuals Processes and Procedures, and scouring activity logs.

I believe my myriad of Experience (amongst it; being in the high stress environment of Enhanced 911 Deployments across Cities, States, and Regions of the U.S. as and Engineer and Program/Project Manager) with personnel ranging from a few dozen, to several hundred; maintaining a high degree of morale, efficiency, and expertise within my personnel: by not being afraid to “get my hands dirty” and working right alongside employee and client…I am eager to show that I WILL be the Candidate your Company NEEDS. Perhaps I may need a brief “ramp-up time” to acclimate to a specific application, or Process; my Experience shows, I have the acumen and ability to adapt rapidly. I submit my credentials for this opportunity. To schedule an interview, please call or text me at the phone number provided.

Sincerely,

Rudy S Lara Jr
