INDUS HOME LIMITED is a multinational towel manufacturing Terry Weaving, Exhaust & Continuous unit situated 2.5 Km off Manga Raiwind Road Lahore. We have HT & LT Self power generation of 14Mw capacity. Also we have WAPDA SUPPLY having 4.9 Mw capacities.

Working Period

March 2005 to August 2017.

Worked in Indus Home Limited as “Sr.Shift Engineer” at power house.

Project Details:

Jenbacher Gas Engines (2 x JGS620 having capacity of each Genset 3.041 MW. Genset equipped with 4TPH W.H.R.B & J/W Heat Recovery System)

Jenbacher Gas Engines (2 x JGS320 having capacity of each Genset 1.064 MW)

Caterpillar Diesel Engine (1x3512 having capacity of each Genset 1.12 MW)

Cummins Diesel Engine (3xC2250D5 having capacity of each Gensets 1.8 MW)

4.9 MW WAPDA as Stand by and also synchronized with all Gas Gensets and all Diesel Gensets.

During above mentioned period top end overhauling performed of Jenbacher 620 gas engine.

Specialities

Good experience about installations, operation and maintenance of gas and diesel engines(Jenbacher, Caterpillars).

Complete awareness about maintenance and operation of all auxiliaries like air compressors, cooling tower, heat exchangers, pumps, air ventilation systems & air blowers.
