I am self-motivated and do not work for more than one company at a time. This is going to be the same spill as the next job. I have been recruiting on my own until I find a new home to recruit at for them. I have been in transportation for over 24 years and the opportunity arose for me to do driver recruiting. If I had known how good, I was at it I would have already made the transition. The Driver Recruiter is responsible for:

Identifying, sourcing, and recruiting qualified Class A company drivers.

Recruitment and solicitation company drivers through various advertisement mediums and lead generation.
