Asthma Patient Education:
Asthma counseling for patients both in and out of the home environment. This education has helped mitigate patient triggers in both moderately and severe asthma patients while simultaneously increasing hospital revenue with little resources pulled from the facility. I managed a team dedicated to changing patients thought process from reactive care to proactive care. This change decreased ED visits that were replaced with scheduled clinic visits for primary asthma care.
