I have about fourteen years of experience as a supervisor, and thirty years of experience in the electrical/mechanical engineering field.

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

· Quality Control Supervisor in the Maintenance Of Equipment Department. Working under the direction of the Chief Mechanical Officer and the Quality Control Manager supporting the Departmental goals of improving equipment and performance. Responsibilities

Providing technical support and instruction to shop supervision and craft personnel. Provide analysis and recommendations for review and implementation. Knowledge of railroad existing rules and regulations. Review Car history records, and identify repeater defects. Evaluate primary failures. Working with the RMS system to review work orders, component repair, and maintenance activities. Recommend corrective action.

Electrician, Car Mover, Running Repairs

Inspect, maintain, repair and install electrical components such as generators, switchboards, traction motors, lighting-fixtures, and magnet coils. Also inspect, test and repair automatic train control (ATC), air conditioning and heating systems on cars and locomotives.

Perform all other duties, considered electrical work. Worked as a car mover at Morris Park and Hillside, moving cars in the yard, and in and out of the truer machine building.

Supervised a crew of electricians and mechanics to perform daily scheduled maintenance and periodic inspection on Monorail Trains.

Inspect and verify task completion and enter information into computer tracking systems

(SIMS). Train and advise new employees about their duties and safety procedures.

Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, electronic and computerized systems on trains.

Responsible for heavy mechanical-maintenance on all Monorail-Train sub-systems. Efficient in diagnosing persistent electrical, electronics, mechanical and HVAC problems and submitting ideas to engineering.

Interpret complex drawings and schematics in the guide ways and running repair maintenance.

· Install AC propulsion, Inverters and Automatic Train Control system on cars Verify, megger and hi-pot newly installed wiring for MU cars. Test and Examine train controls and correct problems to ensure correct operation as per customer requirement.
