•Directly responsible for 28 well servicing rigs ranging from 350 hp packages to 750 hp packages, 3 drilling rigs made up of 900 hp rig packages and 4 plug and abandonment units made up of 350 hp rigs. I am also responsible for heavy haul trucking in South Louisiana which is utilized to move our equipment from job site to job site.
•Plans and directs Divisional Operations which is made up of 4 locations in the South Eastern Gulf Coast region, including: Budget, P&L, HSE, and Overall Rig Operations. My position puts me in direct charge of 4 rig districts in South Louisiana and South East Texas, 8 Functional Managers directly and over 400 employees.
•Full P&L responsibility for the Southeastern Division with Annual Revenue exceeding $35 Million.
•During the Market Downturn in 2008-2009 with Revenues decreasing by 60% was able to maintain 30% P.B.T. on our Land Based Operations. Achieved these impressive results by reducing head count (where appropriate), restructuring salaries, and reassignment from in-house positions to 3rd party vendors.
•Utilized HSE Experience to reduce TRIR from a 6.22 (2008) to the present 2.83 (YTD).

Disposal wells in Louisiana, Texas and Arkansas.
•Conducted all OSHA, DOT, and EPA training for our entire division. Responsible for safety audits, rig inspections,
Accident investigations, root cause analysis, JSA’s, SOP’s, MOC’s, equipment inspections, environmental audits,
