Director, Domestic Transportation and Courier Network 2018 – 2022 Led and managed domestic fleet to support presort and eCommerce business units. Presort provided interfacility, middle, and final mile delivery of 18B+ pieces of mail and eCommerce delivered 21M+ parcels annually. Managed courier network for eCommerce business and $176M in vendor relationships responsible for delivery and returns transportation between USPS, domestic facilities, and clients.

Expanded delivery capacity by doubling internal fleet to 600+ drivers in 18 months as well as created same-day delivery and reduced costs by establishing internal courier service for multiple markets.

Enhanced driver training program and safety guidelines, reducing driver accidents and incidents by 30%.
