I am an aspiring entrepreneur with business goals I'm ever working toward. Visionary mindset, I've tangible goals with plans for creation and quite a knowledge base across a variety of jobs and services. I've boundless ambition, integrity driven, creative, innovative, raised by USAR Lt. Col (Ret.) In small business, a C.P.A. P.C. firm my father owned. Am well versed in respect for trust regarding sensitive material handling. I've a very strong work ethic not only working in my Father's office from time I could remember to 20 years old, where I learned an intimate working knowledge of MS Office and still to this day am an avid user of excel as spreadsheets are amazing for data organization for analysis/ comparison. Also worked on a farm from 7-14 as well as mowed grass and shoveled snow starting the same age Dad put me to work, age 5, to age 20 when I moved away from home to work in the oil fields of ND. Am no stranger to both physically and mentally strenuous work. Am able to keep calm through stress to remain focused, present, and able to effectively and efficiently complete the tasks required of me. Growing up in business and working across industries I've grown a high respect for loss reduction and accountability for record for accurate cost analysis. Theres no good way to humbly state this, and I do not wish to come off as conceded, but I've observed myself for self reflection and introspection to properly grow and improve, and I see, I am, different from my peers. Not superior that's evil thought and I know better than to underestimate anyone. But typically, better than many Ive had the honor or necessity of working with, I quickly learn, set a high standard for performance, production, and its execution. Historically become a leader in said job(s) faster than is norm, but also am easy to work with and work well alone and with others. Have great computational and analytical capability. In high school I had an IQ of 142. My older sister is at 168, and my parents God bless them are very intelligent as I see it and raised us kids in a manner, I am forever grateful for. Full of love nurture, discipline, and morality (integrity, honor, and respect amongst many credos) . And now in adult life (am 30 now) have only continued to learn and grow in the university of Life. Knowing potential and aware of capacity to thrive and excel aside, I too, am very aware that while I have a vast array of knowledge and skill sets, I am never done learning, always growing, always improving, and have ever more to learn. Therefore, I know to listen, ask when necessary, conform where required to the operational standard, (higher where possible if unaffecting time constraints), and apply myself fully knowing that time and effort are like as whetstone to a sword, honing and improving to make sharp and reliably efficient. Started working here just when they were almost done with the structural and about 1/3 through finishing sheeting the roof of the PRX facility in North Fargo off 19th. The first 4 months I worked for AMP was spent here at this multi hundred thousand square foot facility, learning a lot in this time here. Next came a tire shop in Waite Park, MN, a large shop outside Bowdon, ND, the new hospital in Cooperstown (briefly). To the Dakota Fence/3D Specialties 160,000 square foot facility for the precast concrete structural steel and steel roof sheeting/ finish trim of. I had the opportunity and privilege of learning so very much here like operating telehandlers and forklifts, scissor lifts, boom lifts, articulating lifts (my favorite) as well. Went more in depth in the reading of blueprints, and know what to look for to properly execute and smoothen the operation Improving efficiency through proper planning. Trimmed back the overgrown bushes and did upkeep on mowing the couple acre lot. Trash duty and clean visual presentation of open store front also were important, as was much more. Loved the gratitude shown for taking advantage of the opportunity to go above and beyond that asked of I to improve and maintain the grounds.
