As a project Superintendent for the past 25 years, knowing, understanding and enforcing contract documents, plans and specifications is a must for me.

I also read, understand, track and enforce all submittals and its process.

I believe the close out procedure should start at the beginning of each project, and I strongly push subcontractors to believe in this as well.

I am very strong on safety as I do believe we all need to go home at the end of each day, not the hospital. I possess OSHA 10 and 30 hour training as well as CPR, first aid, excavation, trenching, scaffolding, heavy machinery and personnel lifting devices.
