Implementation Lead for company-wide Office365 roll-out. In addition to IT SME, was a critical End-User Champion, facilitating training and supporting adoption for employees across multiple physical locations and virutally.

Maintained Cisco Unified Communications system including user provisioning and system upgrades.

Designed new storage solution and VMware 5.5 environment, consisting of all mission critical storage devices, physical and virtual servers. Installed new Veritas NetBackup solution using Quantum i80 Library.

NetApp maintenance including: migration, provisioning disk, creating disk pools, patching and disk replacement.

Authored Data Center diagrams, Hardware Upgrade / Decommission Plans, and SOX / PCI compliance.

Replaced aging Cisco switches for all buildings and converted the uplink to 10Gb.

Participated as a core project member of a confidential large-scale Kaizen initiative.
