PLUMBING Team Leader: With direct instruction from my supervisor, I was responsible to;
Provides value added service to customers by doing whatever is reasonable and possible to meet or exceed customer expectations.

Minimizes dangers by following all safety rules and regulations.
Completes plumping maintenance work as per Maintenance Repair Orders.

Perform cutting, fitting, connection, and installation of plumbing piping, equipment, fixtures.
Diagnose, repair, and perform scheduled Preventative Maintenance on existing plumbing systems, equipment, fixtures, and infrastructure
Maintain various plumbing systems both inside and outside of buildings
Timely response to emergency service calls during and outside of normal working hours
Accurate and thorough documentation of hours worked, tasking performed, materials used, and processes involved
Advise immediate Supervisor of job progress and material/labor requirements
Use solid decision-making ability and sound judgment to safely and effectively solve problems
Proactively identify any unsafe conditions or hazards and communicate them effectively
Work directly with other departments to plan and complete tasking
Occasionally utilize the assistance of other station personnel to complete tasking, or assist other trades or departments with their tasking

PLUMBING TECNICIAN: With direct instruction from my supervisor, I was responsible to;
Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures in commercial and residential structures.
Collaborate with general contractors, electricians, and other construction professionals.
Follow building plans and blueprints.
Respond to, diagnose, and resolve plumbing emergencies.
Install, repair, and replace pipes, valves, potable, and non-potable water systems.
Check and ensure all drainage, waste and vents, basins are in good condition.
Ensure faucets, showers, drinking fountains are in good condition.
Always check grease traps, lavatories, sinks, urinals in the campus.
Maintain hydrants, water heaters, dishwashers, back flow devices, water pressure regulators, and other plumbing fixtures and equipment.
Repair and maintain plumbing by replacing defective washers or replacing or mending broken pipes.
Maintain, repair, and lubricate sewage equipment, using hand tools and power tools.
Maintain sewage lines, tanks, floats, pumps, and valves, using hand tools and power tools.
Assemble pipe sections, tubing, and fittings, using screws, bolts, solder, plastic solvent, and caulking.
Cut openings in structures to accommodate pipe and pipe fittings.
Use measuring instruments, such as a ruler and level to locate and mark pipe position for installation and passage holes in structures.
Cut, thread, and bend pipe to required angle, using pipe cutters, pipe threading and pipe bending machines.
Fill pipes or plumbing fixtures with water or air and observe pressure gauges to detect and locate leaks.
Report all plumbing and water supply issues to supervisor.
Installs supports for pipes, equipment, and fixtures prior to installation
Assembles fittings and valves for installation
Tests plumbing systems for leaks and other problems
Analyses problem and identifies appropriate tools and materials for repair
Performs inspections of plumbing systems to identify and replace worn parts
Perform other duties as assigned by manager
