Role Description

Project Manager

Plan, organize, and control resources and procedures conformance to agreed protocols to achieve the specific goals of an IT project for the business unit.

Optimizes utilization of available resources to deliver project activities within the required timeframes and agreed on quality and scope.

Assembles and coordinates project team members; assigns individual responsibilities.

Coordinates task dependencies and assists in establishing milestone project goals that keep the project on time.

Develops and maintains a consistent communication reporting process throughout the project lifecycle.

Conducts and participates in project meetings as needed to maintain project cohesiveness and direction.

Closely monitors projects from end to end and prepares regular status reports.

Ensures that systems developed and/or implemented operate according to business requirements.

Provides system solutions where applicable.

Manages risks and issues through proper mitigation and contingency plans to achieve project goals and targets.

Oversees the team and the team deliverables.

Maintains the morale of the team boosted with constant communications to each team member.

Familiar with both Waterfall and Agile Methodologies.

Business Analyst

Performs BA Roles such as Requirement Gathering, Functional Designs, Technical Designs and User Manual for deployment purposes.

Oversees the progress of the team deliverables.

Serves as the bridge between Functional Team / Business Team and Dev Team.

Oversees the Users Acceptance Team (UAT) for each requirement

Developer

Develop and provide support to all system interfaces and coordinate with all project managers to provide specifications for all core modules.

Coordinate with various developers, project managers and analysts to prepare designs for new applications and documents all processes to ensure effective evaluation of all applications.

Analyze and ensure efficient transitions of all technical design documents and develop various PL/SQL packages, Oracle Service Bus applications (OSB) and Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) to provide support to all application developers.

Monitor and recommend changes if required to all Oracle Service Bus applications (OSB), Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) and PL/SQL packages and provide stored procedures and design and develop various relational database.

Evaluate all architecture for Oracle applications and prepare layouts for all logical modules and maintain database objects for various application components.

Design and implement various structures or all physical objects and recommend changes on applications through efficient statistical structures.

Monitor and identify specific programming languages and recommend enhancement to all programs and evaluate all software resolution.

Design and analyze all computer hardware, firmware and embedded systems and prepare and maintain various reports for metrics.

Collaborate with various departments and perform research on all data processing functions.

Perform additional functions that may be assigned from time to time.
