Using a schedule/program of inspections and audits for systematically monitoring our Contractors’ HS performance;
Investigating and reporting all incidents as per our Client’s and legislative requirements ensuring that root causes are identified, and remedial actions are closed out;
Reviewing accident/incident reports, collating incident statistics, vetting Risk Assessments, checking Emergency Response Plans and attending drills;
