Sub as Acting Operations Manager whenever the Manager was out of the office. Perform all duties necessary in completing new system additions from creating the process flows/scheduling/and documenting recovery procedures for each job/process flow in AppWorx/AM (Applications Manager, 8.0_p6). To round out the clients requests, I then setup and/or Supervise the requirements needed from eprint, ODS, BXS, Document Imaging, Banner, Luminus, and output printer destinations. Although I am adverse in the use of mainframes, I was brought into this installation to learn and then control the several new technologies mentioned above. I am also designated as the technical writer as far as putting together Operations’ manuals and procedural documentation of the new technologies being implemented under ERP via Sungard/UC4 Technologies. I have attended a couple of the UC4 Integration seminars! I used those opportunities to learn as much about V9 as possible.
