2015-2017 TRIPL – Consumer Personal Care Attendant Performing duties for a Consumer to allow them to remain in their home, these duties include; bathing and showering, toileting, meal preparation, cleanup, housekeeping and laundry. General errands and medical appointment transportation under the direction of the Consumer.
