Lead field superintendent overseeing a major remodel for a school district in the Metro Detroit area. Responsible for managing, scheduling and supervision of all trades and subcontractors. Acts as liaison between client, architect, upper management and site supervisors. Compose daily digital updates regarding all aspects of the project. Resolve maintenance issues, scheduling conflicts and/or completion results. Respond and implement all client requested while maintaining deadlines. Create and adjust schedules to assure timely completion of tasks. Apply and assure all company safety policies are followed. Utilize company software for data updates. Project and plan for on-time completion of projected tasks prior to implementation. Monitor required supplies and take the necessary steps to assure they are on hand.
